Chapter 0603
Chapter 0603
The woman disguised as Charlotte received Dylan's command and began thinking of a way to casually ask
George where the "old place" was without arousing suspicion. Any misstep could make him suspicious, and all
their efforts would be wasted.
After much deliberation and realizing no direct approach seemed feasible, she decided not to ask at all. Instead,
she started driving in a random direction, waiting for George to notice and correct her.
It didn't take long.
"Master, this isn't the right road," George pointed out, his voice cautious.
Feigning realization, the woman put on an apologetic expression. "I was so focused on worrying about your
injuries that | wasn't paying attention to the route. What should we do now? I'm not familiar with this area, but
you seem to know it well. Could you guide me?" George glanced at her in the rearview mirror, his gaze sharp and
assessing, before finally pointing ahead. "Take the next right."
The woman smiled faintly.

However, she couldn't ignor
George's increasingly suspicious demeanor. His sharp instincts seemed to have picked up on something off, and
his gaze carried a hint of doubt.
Keeping her composure, the woman shifted her eyes back to the road as if nothing had happened. In a soft,
concerned tone, she asked, "Are you feeling a lot of pain right now?"
"It's manageable," George replied, his eyes fixed on her. "They were heavy- handed, but they still held back.
Despite all their talk about not caring if I live or die, they're obviously afraid."
"Of course they're afraid," the woman said gently. "After all, besides me, you're the only person in the world who
knows that secret. If anything were to happen to you, they'd never find that person."
She smiled with an air of gratitude. "The reason entrusted that secret to you alone was because | believed in
your character. There's no one else in the world I'd trust as much as you. And you've proven that my trust wasn't
misplaced."
The woman paused, her voice softening further. George, | know you don't want to hear this, but I have to say it:
thank you. Meeting you in this lifethas been a blessing for me. If you don't mind... once all of this is over, will
you marry me?"
"You... you said you want to marry me?" Despite his lingering suspicions that the woman in front of him might be
an impostor, George couldn't suppress the surge of excitement at her words.
"What, you don't want to marry me?" the woman replied with mock annoyance. "Is it because you think I'm too
old? Didn't you once say that even if | were nine years older, nineteen years,

or even twenty-nine years older, you wouldn't care?"
George fell silent.
Those were indeed his words. So, she must be his master.
With his doubts finally dispelled, George stopped overthinking and gave her clear directions.
The car sped along the roads until...
From the surveillance feed, Dylan's brows furrowed deeply as he recognized the destination: the Frost family
estate.
The place Suzy had spent half her life searching for was somewhere she knew better than anyone-her own

Without hesitation, Dylan called Suzy.
"Suzy, your father's been found!"
"I know." On the other end of the call, Suzy's voice was calm, almost indifferent. She was already trailing the car.
From the moment Dylan had someone impersonate Charlotte, Suzy had been monitoring their every move.
She had to admit, this tDylan's plan was smarter than hers. She never would have thought of using such a
tactic.
When the car finally pulled up in front of the Frost family's old estate, Suzy's emotions were indescribable.
After searching for so long, who would have thought that her father had never left-he had been at hall
along?
