Chapter 411 Travis had dutifully reported the news he found online to Adam. When Adam saw the signed divorce agreement Nadine had posted, he was so enraged that he started pacing back and forth in his ward.
Initially, he wanted to call Nadine to stop her from divorcing his grandson. However, after mulling it over, he realized Brad was the one at fault.

He was yelling so loudly over the phone that it hurt Brad's ears. Brad hastily increased the distance between himself and his phone. With a frown, he wondered what he had done to deserve this.
First, Jean screwed him over. Then, his father chased him around with a feather duster, and now his grandfather was yelling at him. Brad felt like absolute crap, and his mood was at an all-tlow.
Keeping his emotions in check, he asked Adam, "Are you done? If I'm a jerk, what does that make you? Nadine's the one who wanted the divorce-why don't you yell at her instead of taking it out on me? Don't pin this all on me. It's not fair! "Nadine is the one who wants out, so I suggest you take it up with her! Stop blamingfor everything!" His blood boiled at the mere thought of Nadine. He was extremely ill last night, yet she didn't give a damn and even escaped from the basement. He thought, "Since she doesn't care aboutanymore, why should I take the brunt of Grandpa's anger for her?" It took two to tango, so he wasn't solely to blfor the divorce. Setting aside the facts, Nadine also contributed to the breakdown of their relationship. She lived a perfectly good life, yet she had to go and mess it up. Brad had no idea what the hell was wrong with her.
After hearing that, Adam felt his blood rush to his head. He raised his voice and yelled into the phone, "Listen up, you little shit. If you can't get Nadine to forgive you, I'll disown you! I'll call a board meeting and kick you out of the company. Let's see who would still want you then, you insolent child!" Brad, who was seething with anger as he felt wronged, bellowed when he was pushed over the edge, "Oh yeah? Go ahead, call the board meeting right now! I'll change my last nto Middleton right this instant! It's not like I want to be your grandson anyway! "Since you're so protective of Nadine, why don't you just make her your granddaughter? Hell, with the way you're acting, I wouldn't be surprised if she's your real granddaughter! Honestly,/el you should get a DNA test-who knows, she might just be your long-lost granddaughter!" With that, he hung up on Adam.
Had Adam not been his biological grandfather of old age and ailing health, Brad would've shown him what he was really capable of.

The more he dwelled on it, the angrier he became. He swept everything off his desk inca fit of rage, sending them crashing to the floor. Just then, Cameron walked in. Noticing the mess on the floor, his eyes darted around nervously, and he dared not make a sound.
The only person who could get Brad this riled up was his wife. He wondered if Nadine had called him to talk about their divorce.
Brad's face was as dark as coal when he noticed Cameron walk in. He shot daggers at him and asked coldly, "What is it?" At that moment, he felt as though he was a volcano that was about to blow. Even the smallest spark was enough to set him off.
Cameron was aware of how short Brad's fuse was and was worried he'd get dragged into it. He eyed him cautiously and stood in silence for what felt like an eternity.
After shifting around for a while and noticing Brad's expression had eased a little, Cameron handed him his had iPad. "Have you seen today's news, Mr. Hamilton?"
