Amanda felt deeply agitated.
After suffering such a painful setback, she decided to go and see Elliot. If there was one thing that made her
proud, it was that she was the fiancee of the man that Corynn loved and wanted.
Upon her arrival at Elliot's office, he switched off his computer and told Kaden to pick up the documents and
excuse him.
“I wasn’t expecting you here. How can | help you?” he asked.
Looking crestfallen, Amanda sighed and tried to hold his arm, but he subtly moved his arm out of her reach.
Pouting her lips, she frowned slightly and complained, “I was just gravely offended by someone, Elliot. Can you
helpto teach them a lesson?”
Elliot's brows furrowed slightly for a moment, he then smiled and asked with a chuckle, “You're the one and only
Miss Willis. Who would dare to offend you?”
Amanda pursed her lips and tried to hold Elliot's hand again, but he quickly picked up his phone and said, “I'm
running late for a meeting. Just wait here for me, okay? And if you are in need of anything, don’t hesitate to ask
Kaden.”
“You...” Amanda began, but Elliot was already out of the door before she could tell him anything.

Looking pained, she couldn't help but let out a sad sigh. Didn't Elliot realize that he was hurting her by not
spending quality twith her?
Bored, Amanda looked around the office until her eyes fell on Elliot's computer. Intending to watch smovies,
she switched it on, and her eyes instantly caught a folder, which was named, Solution for Harper Group.
Her throat instantly went dry and a feeling of uneasiness spread through her body.
This couldn't possibly be what was on her mind, right? After all, there was no way on earth the Andrews Group
and Harper Group would have anything to do with each other since their operations were in entirely different
industries.
Perhaps, it was meant for a different Harper Group.
Swallowing hard, Amanda opened the folder and saw that the files it contained were created three days ago, the
sday that Harper Group had held a press conference.
When Amanda opened one of the files, she saw that it was a public relations plan for Harper Group.
This caused her grip on the mouse to tighten and her breathing becheavy.

It was none other than Elliot who helped Corynn out of the mess she had created!
How could her fiance side with another woman against her?
At that moment, Amanda’s blood began to boil with fury.

It was a picture that showed Corynn lying peacefully in... Elliot's arms! As if that wasn’t shocking enough, there
were visible love bites on her neck and smooth shoulder.
At that moment, Amanda felt like she was being suffocated.
It was like someone had gripped her heart and was trying to yank it out of her body. She had never felt so pained
in her life.

When Amanda opened the image information menu and saw the date on which the photo was downloaded, she
gasped and began to shiver uncontrollably.
The date and tshowed that this had happened on the sday Corynn unexpectedly turned the tables on
her.
So, while she was fuming and on the verge of losing her mind, Elliot and Corynn had been together, getting
intimate!
Amanda clenched her fist and gritted her teeth in anger as her hatred for Corynn intensified.
If she were to see Corynn at that moment, she was going to tear her apart!
What was so special about that damn woman that Elliot didn’t see in her? Why couldn’t he see that Corynn
would never be half of the woman that she was?!
Though Amanda wanted nothing more at that moment than to find Elliot and confront him, she decided not to do
so. Instead, she sent all the files that she had gone through onto her phone.
Since she was now aware that Elliot was helping Harper Group, she wouldn't attack them carelessly again. With
the evidence that she just gathered, she would ruin Corynn’s reputation!
As Amanda stood up and stormed out, she passed Kaden at the door, who had a cup of coffee in his hand.
Though he was puzzled as to why she seemed angry, Kaden didn’t think much about it. When he noticed that
Elliot’s computer was still on, he simply shut it down and went his way.
